Delete your account and associated data
Fastest method in the app: Kick Sync → Online Account → Delete online account → confirm.
Request from the web
If you cannot use the app, send the request from the email address associated with the account to putinofede@gmail.com with subject Kick Sync - Account deletion request. Do not send passwords, tokens or raw files.
Data deleted
- Firebase Authentication account;
- cloud profile/preferences;
- cloud sessions/statistics;
- BIN/CSV workout backups;
- public leaderboard data;
- username reservation and server records tied to the UID, except where a lawful retention requirement applies.
Local-only data
Archives stored only on the device are not accessible from this website and must be managed on the device/app.
