1. Age and account
Kick Sync is intended only for users aged 18 or older. Usernames are subject to uniqueness checks and moderation and may become immutable after registration.
2. Service and workout qualification
Kick Sync manages compatible devices, sessions, sports statistics, local archives and cloud features. An activity is treated as a workout only if it simultaneously contains at least 3 kicks, at least one ball-speed event >10 km/h, and at least 1 sprint. Non-qualifying activities may be deleted without being archived.
3. Global Leaderboard and community rules
Participation is optional. Before participating, the user must accept the applicable Terms/community rules. Offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, illegal, deceptive, impersonating, rights-infringing, contact/link-based or abusive usernames are prohibited. Kick Sync may reject usernames, receive reports, remove public data and limit participation. Users can revoke participation and hide other users.
4. Cloud backup
When cloud sync is enabled, valid workout statistics, metadata and raw BIN/CSV files may be copied to Firebase services linked to the account for backup/restoration.
5. Account deletion
Account and associated data can be deleted in-app or through the dedicated web resource.
6. Third-party hardware and firmware
Compatibility with third-party hardware does not imply manufacturer endorsement. These Terms do not grant redistribution rights to third-party proprietary firmware or content.
7. Sports estimates and liability
Metrics are sports estimates, not medical measurements. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Intellectual property and independence
Kick Sync original software/content and third-party open-source components remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. Kick Sync is independent and unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by adidas or Google.
9. Suspension, reporting and changes
Public features or accounts may be limited for abuse, security or Terms violations, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be communicated and may require renewed acceptance.
